At the client’s request, Deborah will team up with Pia Bloom J.D. for investigations and cultural assessments involving race issues.
Deborah and Pia have conducted investigations related to:
- Hostile Work Environment/Harassment complaints including inappropriate language; bullying; threats of violence; conflicting communication styles; sexual harassment; and conflicting work teams, in both blue-collar and white-collar environments.
- Discrimination complaints including race; color; sex; age; national origin; religion; disability; sexual orientation; marital status.
- Retaliation complaints based on prior discrimination or harassment complaints.
- Grievances including non-selection for training opportunities, managerial development, promotion; performance evaluation ratings; violations of employee privacy.
